WEB DEVELOPER/LOCALIZATION ENGINEER

Overview
Stormfront Studios is adding to staff and looking for a talented
Web Developer/Localization Engineer to oversee the localization of our
current title. We are a top independent videogame development company
with a proven track record over the past 19 years.
Responsibilities:
We are a passionate group dedicated to creating top games
to the world. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented
individual to drive the overall localization effort and technology for
our proprietary, cross-platform engine. In this design role, you'll work
with Technical Directors and Project Leads to make and implement architectural
decisions. Upon conclusion of this project, you'll have an opportunity
to work on one of our Next Gen titles.
Requirements:
- Excellent PHP proficiency and design skills.
- Experience with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.
- Experience with SQL and database design.
Assets:
- Experience with localization of large applications.
- Fluent in French, Italian, German, Spanish or Russian a plus.
- Passion for developing and playing video games.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
- C/C++ proficiency and design skills a plus.
- C# proficiency and design skills a plus.
- Game development experience is desired.
